Have you recently changed your password and now your VPN won't connect?  The solution is quick and easy:


Click on the Start button and then the Settings gear:







Click on Network & Internet: 



In the left column, click on VPN: 




In the middle section, click on the VPN in question, then click on Advanced options:






Click on the Clear sign-in info button: 



Close the Settings window and try to connect to the VPN again.  If you have trouble, try pre-pending "marva\" in front of your user ID, such as: marva\jdoe

Note the direction of the slash.  It's \ not /.
