These are new instructions regarding standardized email signatures updated July 30th 2024.

Please refer to the PDF that is attached to this article first and read it over before starting to change your signature.

To create an email signature in Microsoft Outlook simply start a New email.

Once a new email has been launched, look on the upper menu bar of the message and find Signature.  Click on that then select Signatures in the submenu below.


Click on New and name your new email signature. 

Open "copyandpastesignature.docx" which is attached to this article to copy and paste the sample into your outlook signature field and edit appropriately for your own information.
