When using Chrome, you get a message when launching a course on the Quality Chekd training site saying that it requires Adobe Flash Player.  You can manually set a site to allow Flash, but, unfortunately, Chrome will not save this setting after it is closed and re-opened.  This is by design in Chrome.

To get around this, click this link and choose Add to Chrome:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/automated-flash-site-enab/ioiijepglemgcpdkjjefkchhdcofebpl

Then click on Add extension:

Then find the green check mark at the top right of Chrome and click on it, then on Options (set URLs):

Enter the site http://ils-qchekd.com/*  (not https) and remove the site from the second URL, then click Save:

Now the training modules should open without issue.
