Microsoft Outlook App Installation Instructions

Apple/iOS
1. Open the App store app on the iOS device, iPhone or iPad:
2. Then click search, and type in, outlook and choose Microsoft Outlook and click “GET”
3. When you click on "GET" a prompt will open to either use Touch ID to Install or Enter Password
associated with your Apple ID:
4. After you either Enter Password or use Touch ID to Install, the app will begin downloading &
Installing.
5. Once it is installed, the Outlook app icon will look like this:
6. On the Add Account screen, enter your Office 365 email address and select Add Account.
7. On the Office 365 screen, type your office 365 password and click Sign in.
8. On the Add Another Account screen, click Maybe Later.
9. On the Enable Notifications screen, click Turn On.
10. On the “Outlook” Would Like to Send You Notifications screen, click Allow.
Turn Off Focused Inbox & Sync Office 365 Contacts
1. Open Outlook app for iOS
2. Click icon on top left next to “inbox’
3. Menu will expand, click on the Settings icon on bottom Left.
4. On the Settings page under Focused Inbox make sure it is disabled.
5. On the Settings page under Mail Accounts click Office 365.
6. On the Office 365 page under Save Contacts make sure it is enabled.
7. On the Would you like to save your outlook contacts to your iPhone? screen, click
Save to my iPhone.
8. On the “Outlook” Would Like to Access Your Contacts screen, click OK.
9. You have successfully installed Microsoft Outlook for iOS, turned off Focused inbox and Synced your Outlook contacts!
