Sign in to One Login
Once logged in you should see your name in the upper right hand corner.
Click on your name then click on Profile
On the profile page click Security Factors
Click the three small dots on the end and click Remove.
You will get the following pop up. Click on Enroll New Primary Factor
Next pop up choose OneLogin Protect
Click Activate.
A new QR Code will appear. Scan the code with your new device.
Next Popup, click on OneLogin Protect as your new primary factor.
You may see two listed here. remove/delete the old one
You will now have the information registered to you new phone. Now click on your name and App Portal to take you back to your OneLogin Tiles.
