Users on the AS400 may request access to print or pull documents from the VP printer que.  To allow access the user can be given a shortcut to the VP on their desktop. 

1. Open System iNavigator 

2. Click on the connection (192.168.1.20) and look for drop downs

3. Click the "+" sign next to Work Management

4. Click the "+" sign next to Output Queues

5. Scroll down to locate VP

6. Right click and choose create short cut

This will put the VP outq on the desk top  for the user to access their files.
