Have you forgotten your password?  Passwords can easily be reset on the MDVA Milk OneLogin Login Page


At the bottom of the login banner, you'll see a "Forgot Password" link.  Click that link, and you will receive a push notification or it will ask you security questions depending on the multi-factor authentication (MFA) method you have chosen.  After you approve the notification or answer your security questions, you'll be able to reset your password.

How do I recover my forgotten or expired MDVA password in OneLogin?


If you forgot your MDVA password, or it has expired, go to https://mdvamilk.onelogin.com and click the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of login banner. (don't try to login first).



Enter your MDVA Milk email address then click on "Continue".



After you click on "Continue" above, you will be taken to the next banner where you will select the Authentication Factor (or factors) that you've previously setup in order to validate your self service password reset request.  For this example's purposes, we're going to select "OneLogin Security Questions".  As long as you remember your security question answers, you can reset your password without assistance.



Select the Authentication Factor above.  For this demonstration, I'll pick OneLogin Security Questions.  Then we're taken to the next screen where I answer the security question.  It will give me two of the 3 that I've setup so once I've answered the first, it will present the 2nd one.



After you've answered both security questions, the next screen lets you set your new password.  Remember, minimum of 12 characters.  You can use a phrase with spaces if you like.  (that is actually preferred as it's MUCH more secure).




After you've set your new password, use the new one you just set to login.  You've successfully used self service password reset.
