MDVA Milk IT Service Desk

Prerequisites:

1.  You have already requested access or you have been notified that you have access, and you can see the SAP Concur tile in your OneLogin portal initially under the 'Company Everything" tab.

2. When you click on the tile in OneLogin, it grants you access to Concur.

If the above 2 conditions are true, and you have access via the OneLogin portal you're ready to install the SAP Concur mobile app.  I'm going from the perspective of an Android phone, but will work the same on an IPhone.

1. On your phone, go to the Play Store or App Store to download and install the SAP Concur app on your phone.

2. After installing the app, open it up and press Sign In.

3.  Input your MDVA email address, tick "Remember Me" then press Next.

4.  Choose / Press "Concur Via OneLogin".

5.  At this point you should see the OneLogin sign in on your phone.  Input your MDVA password and press "Continue".

6.  Respond appropriately to your MFA prompt using the MFA method you've chosen in OneLogin.  This shows OneLogin Protect because that's what I use in this example.

7.  You will likely see the following, if so simply press "Continue".

8.  You'll now be in the SAP Concur mobile app.  

It's highly recommended that you familiarize yourself with the mobile app.
